By accessing and using the WebQware Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WebQware Technologies provides web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, SaaS platform engineering, and related technology services. Specific terms for each engagement are outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables created for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. WebQware retains rights to pre-existing code, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business information as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before any project discussions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an initial deposit before work commences, with milestone-based payments throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebQware Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
